The Cronulla Project

J&J was called out to take on this tricky job. Our client understood this wasn’t an easy task and they knew we had the experience to take it on.  

We needed to remove the four suspended concrete beams and four concrete columns which were located in the middle of the house. J&J had to plan out how to make sure this was done safely and on schedule.  

J&J constructed multiple scaffolding catch decks and the 6 meter lifting gantry above the work area.  

Once the wire saw cut the concrete into smaller blocks, we were able to lift these blocks off the decks and down to the ground to be transported out of the house with a small tipper.  

The builder and the owner of the house was very impressed by our work.
