Mechanical Air Riser

J&J Concrete Cutting was contracted to cut and remove multiple sections of suspended concrete slab across four levels to create space for a new mechanical air riser. This complex project required precision and careful planning.

To execute the work, we set up a gantry crane above the penetration area to ensure safe handling of the concrete sections. Once the blocks were secured to the gantry, we core drilled around the perimeter of each penetration to release the slabs. The blocks were then safely lowered to the floor below. This technique was repeated systematically across all four levels, ensuring a seamless and efficient outcome.

This project highlights our expertise in handling challenging, multi-level structural modifications with safety and precision.
